Privacy Policy

Mindful Class ("the App") is a session-management tool for teachers and therapists.

Data we collect:
- Account info: email, name (via Supabase Auth)
- Group and participant data you enter: names, attendance, session notes, voice recordings
- Voice notes are transcribed and stored as text; audio may be retained for accuracy review

How we use it:
- Solely to provide the App's core functionality (session tracking, continuity notes, AI-generated summaries)
- Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising
- AI summary features send note text to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) for processing; no data is used to train models

Storage & security:
- Data stored on Supabase (EU-hosted, encrypted at rest and in transit)
- Row-level security ensures each user only accesses their own data

Your rights:
- You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting info (at) avivwd.com
- Participant data can be deleted by the account holder (teacher/therapist) at any time
